Growing up I was always very active with sports and outdoor activities. I participate in female physique/bodybuilding competitions, am a member of the 907 Muscle Girls, and love to lift weights. I also love to go skiing, hiking, biking, along with many other outdoor activities. Snowmachining is one of my favorite recreational activities to do up in the mountains. Having full control of something that is so powerful in areas that aren't accessible to everyone is so amazing; riding is truly is one of my passions.
Mission as a trainer: My main focus is weight loss accompanied with strength gain and diet improvement. Depending on the needs & desires of people I meet, I can also help others to achieve their goals of: muscle building, toning, balance, coordination, cardio, flexibility, and improving performance for specific activities.
Toning and sculpting the body takes a lot of dedication. It is a difficult journey, and I am fully aware that going through this journey on your own is even harder. I have always loved helping people to achieve their goals of fitness, along with other goals in their lives. I can't imagine my life any other way.

Your inspiration for becoming a trainer: I have always enjoyed helping others achieve their fitness goals whether it was competing in a sport or losing unwanted weight. I am now doing what I love and watching my clients reach their goals everyday!
