Originally from Brazil, Pam recently made the bold move from California to Alaska, bringing with her a solid background in Events, Procurement and Business Operations.

As Operations Manager at Body Renew, Pam is driven by a simple belief: a fitness business grows stronger when its staff and community grow together. She is passionate about supporting her team and fostering a culture where both employees and members feel welcomed, valued, and empowered every day.
