At Body Renew, we offer a variety of different class styles to help you achieve your fitness goals and reach your optimum fitness!

No need to sign-up for the class you want to attend, just come on by and have fun with your fitness!

 

BR Zone

Get in the Zone! BRZ is a high tech class that lets you actually see how hard you’re exercising. Take the guess work out of your workout to get maximum results.

Yoga

Designed to enhance vitality and a sense of well-being, this workout will help participants gain improved flexibility, balance, strength and posture. The class will borrow from each instructor’s experience with Yoga and may incorporate basic poses from various Yoga styles.

Zumba

Come see why Zumba is so popular! This energetic fitness dancing is not only FUN, but also improves cardiorespiratory health. All experience levels are welcome.

 

Boot Camp

This adrenaline pumping cardio and strength session incorporates plyometrics coupled with high volume resistance training boosting metabolism, endurance, and overall fitness. It’s the perfect combination of extreme heart pumping cardio and pure strength training to challenge any fitness level.

Come target your toughest areas. Strengthen and sculpt your lower body, while increasing stability and definition in your core.

 

Cycle

Join us for a group ride! All levels are welcome for this fun cardio workout; An indoor cycling class set to exciting music tracks and choreographed to provide an excellent workout and improve cardiovascular conditioning.

Mix It Up

This class will add a variety to your regular workout. Every week we do a different program, from treadmill work to BOSU ball regiments to body weight circuits. All levels are welcome!

Boxing

This class that encompasses the technical aspects of boxing with core strengthening exercises. This class combines basic boxing fundamentals, plyometrics and High Intensity Interval Training to boost your heart rate and burn hundreds of calories. All fitness levels welcome.
